Pickler born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June of 1986, had an extremely difficult childhood. When she was only two, her mother left her to escape from the abusive marriage. In 1995, she returned back to the world of Pickler, and took custody. However, things didn't work out the way she had hoped. Pickler went back to her grandparents at 12. The grandparents helped her through to adulthood. Since she was not with the parents of her, Pickler got too involved in caring for her kids. Pickler stated that time was limited and she learned how to take care of her family at a young time. Pickler was on the teams for cheerleading in both high school and middle school. North Stanly High School graduated her in 2004. Pickler was also a tryer at being a beauty queen. She was crowned Miss Stanly Country.
