Sarah Spain was born Sarah Colby Spain on 18 August, 1980 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. By 2023, she'll be 43 years old and will have American citizenship. Sharon Ann Leal, an actress with Filipino origin and African American heritage, made her name with performances in Boston Public TV and romantic musical Dreamgirls. Her family moved to California after she was born and she spent the first stages during her childhood living in the Philippines. As an teen, her first performances on stage were for local theater companies. She worked as a voice coach for Seth Riggs in 1993 through an organization called a vocal program. After making her television debut on Guiding, Light on CBS and receiving praise for her performance as Marilyn Sudor as part of the Fox series Boston Public. Other notable TV performances are Hellcats Recovery Road, Instinct and Instinct. There were numerous nominations for her portrayal of Michelle Morris, in Dreamgirls. Leal received praise for her roles in the film This Christmas Soul Man Why Did I Find Myself Married? and Why Did I Also Get Married? In addition, she's been in stage productions. Ebony named her the "Celebrity beauty of the Month" on January 4, 2004. Leal has one son and was previously married to Bev who is an actress. Presently, she is in a relationship with director-choreographer Paul Becker.
